Yes - 1 round of light revisions are included for every edit we do. This is mostly intended for things like adjusting for any typos that could possibly slip through or errors that we might not have caught. If something needs to be trimmed or adjusted, that's okay. Significant changes may incur additional fees, but we'll always communicate that up front.

Generally, no. A refund request may be granted before the interview is conducted. A 50% refund may be granted after the interview if editing has not yet begun.

We value the time of our team and make sure everyone gets paid for their efforts. General dissatisfaction with aesthetics or creative decisions is not a valid reason for a refund.

We do believe in doing the best work that we can and always strive to do right by all of our clients. If you're unhappy, we'll try our best to come to a mutually beneficial compromise.
